We offer traditional STOVE ENAMELING on cylinder heads and cylinder barrels.
Before painting, we can repair broken, damaged or missing fins.
Each item is shot blasted to remove all rust and then sprayed with Stove Enamel Primer and cooked in an oven at 125*C. Once cool, the item is sprayed in the main colour and cooked again to obtain a hard, durable finish. Cylinder heads and barrels are usually sprayed in Satin Black.
Any engineering work such as new guides, seats or a rebore is carried out after painting.
